At CRUZIAL, your satisfaction is our top priority. As our products are custom-made and fulfilled by our trusted partner, Printful, we are committed to ensuring that you receive items of the highest quality. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.

 

Returns

 

Due to the custom nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

 

• Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product or size, please reach out to us within 30 days so we can resolve the issue.

 

Please note that returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection are not accepted. We encourage you to review the product details and size guides carefully before making your purchase.

 

How to Request a Return or Exchange

 

1. Contact Us: Email us at cruzialwear@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective or incorrect item.
2. Approval: After reviewing your request, we will provide further instructions if the item qualifies for a return or exchange.
3. Return Shipping: For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

 

• Custom products that were printed correctly and without defects.
• Items returned without prior authorization.
